Because we sell digital goods — including game serials, software keys, and other digital products — our return and refund policy takes into account the unique nature of digital items. 2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your request is submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- The serial key or digital code has not been revealed, redeemed, or activated.
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
- The issue is not caused by incompatibility due to your own region, platform, or system — it is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for a return or refund:
- Digital keys or serial codes that have already been revealed, redeemed, or activated.
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago.
- Orders where the issue is caused by the customer entering an incorrect email address at checkout.
- Products that are region-locked or platform-incompatible due to the customer’s failure to verify compatibility prior to purchase.
- Duplicate purchases made by error — please contact us immediately if this occurs, as we may still be able to assist if the key has not been accessed.
4. Valid Reasons for a Refund
We will gladly review and process refund requests for the following reasons:
- The digital key or serial code is invalid, expired, or does not work and has not been activated.
- You were charged but did not receive your product after 24 hours and we are unable to re-deliver it.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- The product delivered was different from what was described on the product page.
5. How to Request a Return or Refund
To submit a refund request, please follow these steps:

6. Refund Processing
