At Pagemaster, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your options.
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, we are unable to offer a return or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The book must be in the same condition as when you received it
- For new books: the item must be unused, unread, and in its original condition
- For used books: the item must be returned in the same condition as described at the time of purchase
- The item must not be damaged by the customer
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items that have been damaged by the customer after delivery
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
4. How to Initiate a Return

Please include the following information in your message:
- Your full name and order number
- The title of the book you wish to return
- The reason for your return
Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with instructions on how to send your item back.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent, item arrived damaged, or item significantly different from its description).
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Pagemaster is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
7. Partial Refunds
In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted, including:
- Used books returned with additional wear or markings not noted in the original listing
- Items returned in a condition worse than received
8. Wrong or Damaged Items
If you received the wrong book or your order arrived damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. Please include a photo of the item when contacting us to help us resolve your case faster.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
