We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

2. Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or minimum order requirements — shipping is always free.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 3 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, or unforeseen delays such as weather conditions or high-demand periods.

4. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a follow-up notification when it has been shipped.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

If you have not received a tracking update within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us and we will look into it right away.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Pagemaster is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible at contact@pagemaster.shop and we will do our best to make the correction before dispatch.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 30 days of your order date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
